Mom and I watched "August Rush" last night. It is a chick flick that manipulates the viewer, is entirely predictable, and very campy, but I loved it. I cried most of the way through - good thing I had my trusty bandana handy. Great music score. I have to put it up there with "It's a Wonderful Life" for plain old feel good emotional movie with a "good guys win" ending. Is now on my family gift list.

Yeah, we really enjoyed it too. And I agree, the music was awesome. It'd be fun to see a STOMP show with some of the scenes from the movie.
